Twilio migration navigation context
User is migrating Tootist SMS from legacy Positeeth Twilio to a new dedicated Twilio number. New number purchased: +447782218812. User rejected automated secret-setting and is manually locating/updating TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID, TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN, and TWILIO_FROM_NUMBER. Recent navigation: user copied Account SID from Twilio account selection / account dashboard; then navigated to Twilio Admin settings by mistake; then found Account / Keys & Credentials / API keys & tokens page. On that page, scrolling down shows Auth Tokens - United States (US1), with Live credentials containing Account SID and an obscured Auth token with an eye icon. Next guidance: click the eye icon beside the Live credentials Auth token, copy it securely, then update Base44 secrets: TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID = copied Account SID, TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN = copied live Auth token, TWILIO_FROM_NUMBER = +447782218812. Do not ask the user to paste the token into chat. Messaging Configuration webhook does not need changing for outbound SMS.
Practice-centric source of truth
The whole Tootist webapp is practice-centric. The only source of truth for dental practices and dental professionals is the central Dental practices page. All relevant information about a practice, dentist, therapist, hygienist, nurse, or other professional working at that practice should be recorded and read through the central Practice records and the linked professionals connected to those Practice records. As Tootist evolves, new practice or professional information must be stored in the same practice-centric place. When any feature needs to retrieve practice or dental professional information, it should take it from the Dental practices source of truth and not create a competing source elsewhere.
