These terms explain how patients and dental professionals should use Tootist and what to expect from the booking service.
Using Tootist
By using Tootist, you agree to use the platform responsibly and provide accurate information when creating an account, booking an appointment, or listing dental services.
Tootist helps connect patients with dental professionals, but dental care is provided by the independent dental practice or professional selected by the patient.
Appointments and communication
Patients are responsible for attending appointments and providing correct contact details. Dental professionals are responsible for keeping availability, practice details, and appointment information accurate.
Booking messages should only be used for appointment-related communication and must not contain abusive, unlawful, or misleading content.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Where online payment is available, payment terms, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility will be shown during the booking process or account area.
If a practice has not enabled online payment, the booking may be handled as an enquiry and confirmed directly with the practice.
Platform availability
We aim to keep Tootist reliable and easy to use, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of Tootist after changes means you accept the updated terms.
